Removal and replacement of multiple air handling units, multiple roof top fans and a roof top condensing unit. Complete associated abatements, electrical, HVAC, piping and architectural demos and installations to accommodate this new equipment. Complete renovation of gym stage area to create a new weight room with associated new fan coil unit, ductwork, piping and architectural features including glass glazing wall. Complete commissioning and balancing of new equipment.
