The Clarence-Rockland Recreational and Cultural Complex is a two-storey, 65,000 square foot multi-purpose building. The complex brings together an integrated public and school library, a main promenade with an art gallery, an indoor pool, track, gymnasium, and fitness centre run by the YMCA-YWCA. The construction began in April 2007 and was completed in December 2008. As part of the construction team, Kelson was responsible for the mechanical construction of the new facility.
