The Clarence-Rockland Recreational and Cultural Complex is a two-storey, 65,000 square foot multi-purpose building. The complex brings together an integrated public and school library, a main promenade with an art gallery, an indoor pool, track, gymnasium, and fitness centre run by the YMCA-YWCA. The construction began in April 2007 and was completed in December 2008. As part of the construction team, Kelson was responsible for the mechanical construction of the new facility.
Mechanical Systems
Plumbing and Drainage for the complex including connections for the pool system.

 • Central Heating plant for domestic water, building heating, and pool water heating
