This project includes scope for eight base building floors fitted up for Goodmans LLP. The mechanical services include plumbing, heating, HVAC and controls.
The mechanical services are fed from the base building main services including addition of Exhaust Fans, Fan Coil Units, Domestic Hot water heaters, Heat exchangers, pumps.

Installation new and re-work existing domestic water of drainage system.
Installation of new BAS system and integration with existing BAS system.
Installation new and re-work existing HVAC system and integration with existing base building systems.
Work with sub-contractors to provide associated Piping & Sheet Metal Insulation, Ventilation ductwork, Sprinklers, Fire stopping and Controls requirements.
