Kelson is the mechanical contractor for a new 192 bed long term care home in Ajax called Schlegel Villages. This is a 6 storey concrete, structural steel and precast structure with approximately 135,00 sq. ft. The site will be developed in two phases, with the Long-Term Care Home completed in Phase I and the Retirement Home completed in Phase II.

Kelson mechanical highlights: Mechanical Systems include: the installation of heat pumps in all the suites; wall fin and unit heaters for common areas, fluid cooler and energy recover units on the roof, and make air unit for the kitchen.
