The Prince of Wales Public School Renovation consists of complete renovation of four classrooms, the library and the addition of a Lula elevator for accessibility. The mechanical scope of work included the removal of an abandoned air handling unit to make space for the new elevator shaft, installation of a split condenser air conditioning system and an energy recovery system in the library, the replacement of two classroom sinks, and cleaning of wall radiant heaters.
