Mechanical Systems
Kelson mechanical highlights: Kelson installed all HVAC systems for the steam rooms and all lab gas installations.
A major challenge for the 10th floor was getting the air locks/pressurization of all the clean rooms setup properly to meet the design requirements that had strict tolerances and requirements due to the nature of work being done by the lab technicians in the multiple clean rooms, which required multiple adjustments and coordination between Crossey Engineering, VPG (balancing) and Automated Logic (BAS). This was an occupied facility. Coordination was a critical element of this project.
