This renovation project involved installation of a built up air handling unit which had to be dropped through an existing shaft and built on site, ventilation for the lab space witch involved a lot of co-ordination to maintain ceiling elevation , two domestic systems , vacuum , heating ,and steam and condensate piping systems.
