Kelson is the prime contractor for the phase 2 conversion from steam to hot water heat at the Joyceville Institution. This project involves the demolition of steam heated baseboard radiators, and installing new baseboard heaters and hydronic boiler system. Â Sequenced demolition of radiators in occupied spaces. Instillation of nearly 400 security radiators and new hydronic equipment. Governmental energy retrofit initiative. This project requires security clearance with Public Works Government Services Canada.
