In 2009, a multi-phased major infill expansion began at Lakeridge Health’s Oshawa site, answering the needs of the growing Durham area.. The redevelopment project, completed in 2010, provided upgrades for many inpatient care units – mental health, rehabilitation and support, surgery, oncology, labour and delivery, and others as well.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson provided a full range of mechanical equipment and services for the redevelopment. We met the significant challenge of working within the project phasing to meet the schedule while ensuring full ongoing operation of the hospital at all times.
