Quinte Health Care - Trenton Memorial Hospital - Hot Water Boiler Replacement (PRIME)

Kelson was the prime contractor for the Trenton Memorial Hospital Hot Water Boiler and Domestic Hot Water Exchanger. Kelson was responsible for removing and replacing two steam boilers, and install a new heat exchanger for TMH before heating season starts.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson advised the client on boiler procurement, remove and install boilers by preforming complex lift over power lines and street to utilize mechanical room knock out panels. Kelson procured the Source Heat exchanger since the intended client provided unit had to be used for another hospital. This was an occupied facility with IPAC procedures in place.
