Full mechanical upgrade in the penthouse including a new 240 ton chiller, new cooling tower, new heat exchanger, new air handling unit & complete system upgrade to eliminate the use of heat pumps throughout the building in exchange for compartment units and fan coil units on the floors.
Kelson mechanical highlights:
Replaced existing cooling tower over 1 weekend
All components were installed with minimal interruption to existing system
Everything was installed according to schedule & on time for owner to receive grant money
