The Kingston Armoury Building Envelope Repairs and Electrical Distribution Equipment Upgrade comprised of two scope of work packages. The Building Envelope Repairs component comprised of modified bituminous roof membrane roof replacement, historical window repair, historic masonry repointing and restoration, site regrading and new drainage systems. The mechanical scope of work included a complete redesign and replacement of the existing drainage system. Due to current City Standards, the combined storm and sewer system had to be separated feeding from the building into the municipal infrastructure.
