Trillium Hospital also referred to as the Mississauga Hospital is a regional and teaching hospital in Mississauga. Kelson was the mechanical contractor for the M & Q Site renovations.

Trillium M-Site - Equipment replacements as follows. Install two new rooftop combination air handling units and associated feeds. One unit to serve newly renovated birthing suites, the other to replace rooftop exhaust fans over patient rooms and recover heat. Other scope items include replacement of a basement air handling unit as well as the domestic water heat exchanger and pumps. Kelson mechanical highlights: All mechanical scope, major crane lift for new AHUs creates a challenge and all work needs to be closely coordinated with moving timelines to fit the hospital needs.
Trillium Q-Site - Replace two steam boilers, dearator and feedwater pumps, run temporary boilers throughout the replacement. Kelson mechanical highlights: All mechanical scope, involved a tight timeline due to the high cost of rental boilers.
