The Hospital for Sick Children - PGCRL Data Centre Expansion - Phase 1

The Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning (PGCRL) Data Centre Expansion scope include the following: Installation of new Data / IT infrastructure in the 6th Floor data Centre; Provision, installation and connection of new in row Power Distribution Units ( PDUs); Provision, installation and connection of new horizontal Data / IT busway; Provision, installation and connection of new in –row Computer Room Air Handling (CRAH) Units ( total of 7) with associated piping; Integration of new equipment into existing control and alarm.
Mechanical Systems
Mechanical  Systems: Supply and Installed total of 7 CRAH Units in the existing Data Centre on the 6th floor. Chilled water supply / return and Condensate piping are connected and integrated with existing piping system. New iCOM panel will be supplied and the same will monitor leak detection system for new CRAH units.
Control systems for the CRAH units to be integrated with base building BAS.Â
