Prime contractor managing and completing installation of supporting utilities required to facilitate operation of new cytometry unit. All work was completed after-hours in lab-spaces, where work needed to be coordinated in advance with area owner and user groups – developed and tracked construction schedule to share with group advising status of activities and any interruptions. Completed multi-trade integration and resolution of above-ceiling interferences not captured as part of the project scope to turn-over project in a timely manner. RO system was installed. Worked with owner and vendor to complete start-up and commissioning of unit in a short timeframe.
