Granite Club - Cooling Tower & Chiller Replacement

The project was to remove the existing 350 ton chiller and cooling tower complete with pumps and replace it with 2 new 400 ton chillers and pumps. This involved the existing chiller room being extended and a new location for the new double cell cooling towers.
Mechanical Systems
The trickiest part of this project was to get all the equipment into place from the front of the Club which operates 21 hours a day. We utilized a 400 ton crane and mobilized at the front entrance. This was all done with out inconvenience to the Club’s members. The set up and tear down was accomplished in one day and involved more than 12 very difficult lifts. The Club praised our site team for it’s efficiency and professionalism.
