Kelson was the prime contractor responsible for the demolition and removal of the existing hydronic boilers and circulating pumps, the procurement and installation of the new gas fired boilers, low loss header and replacement pumps. Kelson worked closely with the schoolboard, consulting engineers, and suppliers; determining that concentric PVC venting would be the least invasive method for the school.
