Defence Construction Canada MH36 Electrical, VRF System Building Envelope Upgrade & VA23

The MH 36 Building Upgrades Project included three components: electrical upgrades, envelope repairs and VRF system. The fourth component of the project was a roof replacement on the VA 23 building. Package A MH 36 Electrical Upgrades included the installation of a new ventilation system in the basement mechanical rooms. Package B MH 36 Building Envelope Repairs included a roof replacement with new roof drains and vents. Package C MH 36 VRF System included the design and installation of a new cooling VRF split system for the whole building. Package D included the roof replacement of VA 23 with a new roof mounted exhaust fan.
