Southlake Hospital Healthcare Centre - CT Replacement

Location: Newmarket
Addition of a 4 ton roof top condenser units and two 2 ton indoor split AC units to serve their own respective CT scan room. Adding mechanical condensate drain from spilt AC units to existing floor drain along with refrigeration piping from AC units to condenser unit’s fire stopping new penetrations. Removal of existing duct and insulation, reuse of a diffuser and adding in new ductwork and insulation from split AC units to their respective rooms. New thermostats for each AC unit and connection to existing BAS system.

4 ton condenser unit, two 2 ton air conditioning units and refrigeration piping providing transport of heat energy in and out of the conditioned spaces served to atmosphere.
