Kelson was the mechanical contractor for this tenant fit-up project. It involved installation of Rooftop Air Handlers for fresh air and kitchen supply/exhaust. Natural gas connections for HVAC equipment as well as various kitchen equipment. Extensive underground installation for grease lines, sanitary, various drains/trench drains for the numerous seafood counters and fish tanks.
