The Botterell Hall Phase 3B project was the final phase to renovate the Biomedical Research Laboratory in Botterell Hall at Queen’s University. This phase included the renovation of the mouse, rat and zebra fish holding areas and staff spaces. New ductwork including VAV boxes and diffusers were installed. Flow control was achieved with the use of Phoenix Venturi valves. Three washrooms received new fixtures including sink, toilet and shower.
