Sunnybrook Hospital Dialysis Phase 4 and 5 Renovation

Kelson served as the mechanical contractor for the Sunnybrook Hospital Dialysis Phase 4/5 HVAC renovation, delivering critical upgrades within a fully operational healthcare environment. The scope of work included the installation of 16 dialysis boxes, enhancements to the reverse osmosis (RO) water system, and the demolition and replacement of ductwork to support both new and existing HVAC systems. All work was carefully planned and executed in compliance with stringent Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) protocols, ensuring uninterrupted hospital operations and the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
